If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
Due to the nature of custom and special-order products (including flooring materials, blinds, shutters, and shades), all sales are considered final once an order has been processed and materials have been cut, shipped, or customized. We encourage customers to carefully review all selections — including colors, measurements, and materials — before confirming an order.
If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
The product was received damaged or defective.
The incorrect product was delivered due to our error.
The return has been authorized by our customer service team.
Refunds are not available for:
Installed, used, or altered products
Clearance, special-order, or custom-made items
Color variations due to digital or print representation
All approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of return approval.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if processing or shipment has not begun. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to supplier or manufacturing timelines.
